Dedicated Service

12 Therefore ^(A)I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to ^(B)present your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, ^[a]acceptable to God, which is your ^[b]spiritual service of worship.

¹⁶ Let ^(A)the word of ^[a]Christ richly dwell within you, ^[b]with all wisdom ^(B)teaching and admonishing ^[c]one another ^(C)with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, ^(D)singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. ^17 (E)Whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, ^(F)giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

⁵ for it is sanctified by means of ^(A)the word of God and prayer.
