Romans 11:33-35

³³ Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and decisions and how unfathomable and untraceable are His ways! ³⁴ For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been His counselor?^{(A) 35} Or who has first given to Him that it would be paid back to him?
