⁸ But what does it say? “^(A)The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, ^9 [a]that ^(B)if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and ^(C)believe in your heart that ^(D)God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; ¹⁰ for with the heart a person believes, ^[b]resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, ^[c]resulting in salvation.

²⁰ For He was ^(A)foreknown before ^(B)the foundation of the world, but has ^(C)appeared ^[a]in these last times ^(D)for the sake of you ²¹ who through Him are ^(E)believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and ^(F)gave Him glory, so that your faith and ^(G)hope are in God.
