Romans 1:13-15
English Standard Version
13 I do not want you to be unaware, brothers,[a] that (A)I have often intended to come to you (but (B)thus far have been prevented), in order that I may reap some (C)harvest among you as well as among the rest of the Gentiles. 14 (D)I am under obligation both to Greeks and to (E)barbarians,[b] both to the wise and to the foolish. 15 So I am eager to preach the gospel to you also who are in Rome.

New International Version
13 I do not want you to be unaware,(A) brothers and sisters,[a](B) that I planned many times to come to you (but have been prevented from doing so until now)(C) in order that I might have a harvest among you, just as I have had among the other Gentiles.
14 I am obligated(D) both to Greeks and non-Greeks, both to the wise and the foolish. 15 That is why I am so eager to preach the gospel also to you who are in Rome.(E)
