Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

Let us rejoice and be glad

For the wedding of the Lamb(B) has come,
    and his bride(C) has made herself ready.
Fine linen,(D) bright and clean,
    was given her to wear.”

(Fine linen stands for the righteous acts(E) of God’s holy people.)

Then the angel said to me,(F) “Write this:(G) Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!”(H) And he added, “These are the true words of God.”(I)

10 At this I fell at his feet to worship him.(J) But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers and sisters who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God!(K) For it is the Spirit of prophecy who bears testimony to Jesus.”(L)

11 I saw heaven standing open(M) and there before me was a white horse, whose rider(N) is called Faithful and True.(O) With justice he judges and wages war.(P) 12 His eyes are like blazing fire,(Q) and on his head are many crowns.(R) He has a name written on him(S) that no one knows but he himself.(T) 13 He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood,(U) and his name is the Word of God.(V) 14 The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen,(W) white(X) and clean.
