5 Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say:
“You are just in these judgments,(A) O Holy One,(B)
you who are and who were;(C)
6 for they have shed the blood of your holy people and your prophets,(D)
and you have given them blood to drink(E) as they deserve.”
7 And I heard the altar(F) respond:

6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
