8 Another angel, a second, followed, saying, (A)“Fallen, fallen is (B)Babylon the great, (C)she who made all nations drink (D)the wine of the passion[a] of her sexual immorality.”
9 And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone (E)worships the beast and its image and receives (F)a mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he also will drink (G)the wine of God's wrath, (H)poured full strength into the cup of his anger, and (I)he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11 And (J)the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and (K)they have no rest, day or night, these (L)worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”
12 (M)Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who (N)keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.[b]
13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: (O)Blessed are the dead (P)who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, (Q)“that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”

8 A second angel followed and said, “‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great,’[a](A) which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries.”(B)
9 A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast(C) and its image(D) and receives its mark on their forehead(E) or on their hand, 10 they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury,(F) which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath.(G) They will be tormented with burning sulfur(H) in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever.(I) There will be no rest day or night(J) for those who worship the beast and its image,(K) or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.”(L) 12 This calls for patient endurance(M) on the part of the people of God(N) who keep his commands(O) and remain faithful to Jesus.
13 Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord(P) from now on.”
“Yes,” says the Spirit,(Q) “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.”
