Revelation 19:15-19

New King James Version

¹⁵Now ^(A)out of His mouth goes a ^[a]sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And ^(B)He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. ^(C)He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. ¹⁶And ^(D)He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:

^(E)KING OF KINGS AND
LORD OF LORDS.

The Beast and His Armies Defeated

¹⁷Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, ^(F)“Come and gather together for the ^[b]supper of the great God, ¹⁸^(G)that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, ^[c]free and slave, both small and great.”

¹⁹^(H)And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army.

New International Version

¹⁵Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword^(A) with which to strike down^(B) the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.”^[a]^(C) He treads the winepress^(D) of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. ¹⁶On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:^(E)

king of kings and lord of lords.^(F)

¹⁷And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds^(G) flying in midair,^(H) “Come,^(I) gather together for the great supper of God,^(J) ¹⁸so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and the mighty, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people,^(K) free and slave,^(L) great and small.”^(M)

¹⁹Then I saw the beast^(N) and the kings of the earth^(O) and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse^(P) and his army.
