68 Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.

²⁰ He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death.

²⁹ For our God is a consuming fire.

⁴⁷ The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret.

⁵ Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.

¹⁶ Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

⁷ I will mention the lovingkindnesses of the Lord, and the praises of the Lord, according to all that the Lord hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.

⁴⁵ And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercies.

⁴ But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

⁹ They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; and his enemies shall lick the dust.
