⁷When the wicked ^(A)sprouted up like grass
And all ^(B)who did injustice flourished,
It was only that they might be ^(C)destroyed forevermore.

⁷that though the wicked spring up like grass
and all evildoers flourish,
they will be destroyed forever.^(A)

⁴They pour out words, they ^(A)speak arrogantly;
All who do injustice ^(B)boast.

⁴They pour out arrogant^(A) words;
