Psalm 72:6-10

^6 [a]May he come down ^(A)like rain upon the mown grass,
Like ^(B)showers that water the earth.
^7 [b]May the ^(C)righteous flourish in his days,
As well as an ^(D)abundance of peace, until the moon is no more.

⁸ May he also rule ^(E)from sea to sea,
And from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.
^9 [c]May ^(F)the nomads of the desert ^(G)bow before him,
And his enemies ^(H)lick the dust.
^10 [d]May the kings of ^(I)Tarshish and of the ^[e](J)islands bring gifts;
May the kings of ^(K)Sheba and ^(L)Seba ^(M)offer tributes.
