5 Guide me in Your truth and teach me,(A)
for You are the God of my salvation;(B)
I wait for You all day long.(C)
6 Remember, Lord, Your compassion
and Your faithful love,
for they have existed from antiquity.[a](D)
7 Do not remember the sins of my youth(E)
or my acts of rebellion;(F)
in keeping with Your faithful love, remember me
because of Your goodness, Lord.(G)
