Psalm 22:16-22

New International Version

¹⁶ Dogs^(A) surround me,
    a pack of villains encircles me;
    they pierce^[a](B) my hands and my feet.
¹⁷ All my bones are on display;
    people stare^(C) and gloat over me.^(D)
18 They divide my clothes among them
    and cast lots^(E) for my garment.^(F)

¹⁹ But you, Lord, do not be far from me.^(G)
    You are my strength;^(H) come quickly^(I) to help me.^(J)
20 Deliver me from the sword,^(K)
    my precious life^(L) from the power of the dogs.^(M)
21 Rescue me from the mouth of the lions;^(N)
    save me from the horns of the wild oxen.^(O)
