⁴⁹ Therefore I will ^(A)give thanks to You among the nations, Lord,
And I will ^(B)sing praises to Your name.

^43 (A)Rejoice, you nations, with His people;
^(B)For He will avenge the blood of His servants,
^(C)And will return vengeance on His adversaries,
^(D)And will atone for His land and His people.”

¹⁰ Then on that day
The ^(A)nations will resort to the ^(B)root of Jesse,
Who will stand as a ^(C)signal flag for the peoples;
And His ^(D)resting place will be ^[a]glorious.
