American Standard Version

14 From [a]men by thy hand, O Jehovah,
From men [b]of the world, whose portion is in this life,
And whose belly thou fillest with thy treasure:
They are satisfied with children,
And leave the rest of their substance to their babes.
15 As for me, [c]I shall behold thy face in righteousness;
[d]I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with beholding thy form.

New International Version

14 By your hand save me from such people, Lord,
    from those of this world(A) whose reward is in this life.(B)
May what you have stored up for the wicked fill their bellies;
    may their children gorge themselves on it,
    and may there be leftovers(C) for their little ones.

15 As for me, I will be vindicated and will see your face;
    when I awake,(D) I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.(E)
