23 Even though (A)rulers sit and speak against me,
Your servant (B)meditates on Your statutes.

And graciously grant me Your Law.

And I shall comply with it to the end.

36 (S)Incline my heart to Your testimonies,
And not to (T)dishonest gain.
37 Turn my (U)eyes away from looking at what is worthless,
And (V)revive me in Your ways.

[e]As that which produces reverence for You.
39 (X)Take away my disgrace which I dread,
For Your judgments are good.

Revive me through Your righteousness.
