Psalm 45:7-15

New International Version

⁷ You love righteousness^(A) and hate wickedness;^(B)
    therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
    by anointing^(C) you with the oil of joy.^(D)
8 All your robes are fragrant^(E) with myrrh^(F) and aloes^(G) and cassia;^(H)
    from palaces adorned with ivory^(I)
    the music of the strings^(J) makes you glad.
⁹ Daughters of kings^(K) are among your honored women;
    at your right hand^(L) is the royal bride^(M) in gold of Ophir.^(N)

¹⁰ Listen, daughter,^(O) and pay careful attention:^(P)
    Forget your people^(Q) and your father’s house.
¹¹ Let the king be enthralled by your beauty;^(R)
    honor^(S) him, for he is your lord.^(T)
12 The city of Tyre^(U) will come with a gift,^[a](V)
    people of wealth will seek your favor.
¹³ All glorious^(W) is the princess within her chamber;
    her gown is interwoven with gold.^(X)
14 In embroidered garments^(Y) she is led to the king;^(Z)
    her virgin companions^(AA) follow her—
    those brought to be with her.
¹⁵ Led in with joy and gladness,^(AB)
    they enter the palace of the king.
