Proverbs 10:23-25

²³ As shameful conduct is pleasure for a fool,^(A)
so wisdom is for a man of understanding.

²⁴ What the wicked dreads will come to him,^(B)
but what the righteous desire will be given to them.^(C)

²⁵ When the whirlwind passes,
the wicked are no more,^(D)
but the righteous are secure forever.^(E)
