Proverbs 8:29-33
English Standard Version
29 when he (A)assigned to the sea its (B)limit,
so that the waters might not transgress his command,
when he marked out (C)the foundations of the earth,
30 then (D)I was beside him, like a master workman,
and I was daily his[a] (E)delight,
rejoicing before him always,
31 (F)rejoicing in his (G)inhabited world
and delighting in the children of man.
32 “And now, (H)O sons, listen to me:
(I)blessed are those who keep my ways.
33 (J)Hear instruction and be wise,
and do not neglect it.
