25 [a]Thou shalt not fear for any sudden fear, neither for destruction of the wicked, when it cometh.
26 For the Lord shall be for thine assurance, and shall preserve thy foot from taking.
27 ¶ Withhold not the good from [b]the owners thereof, though there be power in [thine] hand to do it.

25 Have no fear of sudden disaster
or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked,
26 for the Lord will be at your side(A)

27 Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due,
when it is in your power to act.
