² so that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom [and] thou apply thy heart to understanding;

¹⁹ Jehovah by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding he established the heavens.

21 The king's heart in the hand of Jehovah is [as] brooks of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.
