Proverbs 2:6-9
New International Version
6 For the Lord gives wisdom;(A)
from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.(B)
7 He holds success in store for the upright,
he is a shield(C) to those whose walk is blameless,(D)
8 for he guards the course of the just
and protects the way of his faithful ones.(E)
9 Then you will understand(F) what is right and just
and fair—every good path.

8 He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.
