Proverbs 10:3-5

New International Version

³The Lord does not let the righteous go hungry,^(A)
but he thwarts the craving of the wicked.^(B)

⁴Lazy hands make for poverty,^(C)
but diligent hands bring wealth.^(D)

⁵He who gathers crops in summer is a prudent son,
but he who sleeps during harvest is a disgraceful son.^(E)
