Numbers 29:36-38

³⁶ but you shall offer a burnt offering, an offering by fire, a pleasing odor to the Lord: one bull, one ram, seven male lambs a year old without blemish, ³⁷ and the cereal offering and the drink offerings for the bull, for the ram, and for the lambs, by number, according to the ordinance; ³⁸ also one male goat for a sin offering; besides the continual burnt offering and its cereal offering and its drink offering.
