⁸⁹ Now when ^(A)Moses entered the tent of meeting to speak with Him, he heard the voice speaking to him from above ^(B)the ^[a]atoning cover that was on the ark of the testimony, from ^(C)between the two ^[b]cherubim; so He spoke to him.

⁴ So the people sent men to Shiloh, and from there they carried the ark of the covenant of the Lord of armies ^(A)who is enthroned above the cherubim; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

² And David ^[a]departed from ^[b](A)Baale-judah, with all the people who were with him, to bring up from there the ark of God which is called by the ^(B)Name, the very name of the Lord of armies who ^(C)is ^[c]enthroned above the cherubim.

¹⁵ Hezekiah prayed before the Lord and said, “Lord, God of Israel, ^[a](A)enthroned above the cherubim, ^(B)You are the God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.
