15 The Lord spoke to Moses, saying, ² “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: When you come into the land you are to inhabit, which I am giving you,^{(A) 3} and you make an offering by fire^[a] to the Lord from the herd or from the flock—whether a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering or at your appointed festivals—to make a pleasing odor for the Lord,^{(B) 4} then whoever presents such an offering to the Lord shall present also a grain offering, one-tenth of an ephah of choice flour, mixed with one-fourth of a hin of oil.^{(C) 5} Moreover, you shall offer one-fourth of a hin of wine as a drink offering with the burnt offering or the sacrifice, for each lamb.^{(D) 6} For a ram, you shall offer a grain offering, two-tenths of an ephah of choice flour mixed with one-third of a hin of oil,^{(E) 7} and as a drink offering you shall offer one-third of a hin of wine, a pleasing odor to the Lord.
