29 Here in the wilderness(A) your dead bodies shall fall. Of all your men of twenty years or more, enrolled in your registration, who grumbled against me, 30 not one of you shall enter the land where I solemnly swore to settle you, except Caleb, son of Jephunneh, and Joshua, son of Nun. 31 Your little ones, however, who you said would be taken as spoil, I will bring in, and they shall know the land you rejected.(B)

New International Version
29 In this wilderness your bodies will fall(A)—every one of you twenty years old or more(B) who was counted in the census(C) and who has grumbled against me. 30 Not one of you will enter the land(D) I swore with uplifted hand(E) to make your home, except Caleb son of Jephunneh(F) and Joshua son of Nun.(G) 31 As for your children that you said would be taken as plunder, I will bring them in to enjoy the land you have rejected.(H)
