¹⁷Now therefore, kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman who has known a man by sleeping with him.^(A)

New International Version

¹⁷Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man,^(A)

¹⁸But all the young girls who have not known a man by sleeping with him, keep alive for yourselves.

¹⁸but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man.

³⁵and thirty-two thousand persons in all, women who had not known a man by sleeping with him.

³⁵and 32,000 women who had never slept with a man.
