¹⁰ At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, ¹¹ and many false prophets^(A) will appear and deceive many people.^{(B) 12} Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,

⁸ I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man^(A) comes,^(B) will he find faith on the earth?”

³ Don’t let anyone deceive you^(A) in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion^(B) occurs and the man of lawlessness^[a] is revealed,^(C) the man doomed to destruction.
