¹⁸ And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ^(A)“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. ^19 (B)Go ^[a]therefore and ^(C)make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ^20 (D)teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am ^(E)with you always, even to the end of the age.” ^[b]Amen.

^15 (A)And He said to them, “Go into all the world ^(B)and preach the gospel to every creature. ^16 (C)He who believes and is baptized will be saved; ^(D)but he who does not believe will be condemned.

⁴⁵ And ^(A)He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.

⁴⁶ Then He said to them, ^(B)“Thus it is written, ^[a]and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, ⁴⁷ and that repentance and ^(C)remission of sins should be preached in His name ^(D)to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. ⁴⁸ And ^(E)you are witnesses of these things.

²¹ So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! ^(A)As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” ²² And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.

^8 (A)But you shall receive power ^(B)when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and ^(C)you shall be ^[a]witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and ^(D)Samaria, and to the ^(E)end of the earth.”
