³⁵ Peter said to Him, Even if I must die with You, I will not deny or disown You! And all the disciples said the same thing.

³¹ But [Peter] said more vehemently and repeatedly, [Even] if it should be necessary for me to die with You, I will not deny or disown You! And they all kept saying the same thing.

³³ And [Simon Peter] said to Him, Lord, I am ready to go with You both to prison and to death.
