25 It is enough for the disciple that he be as his teacher, and the [a]servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house [b]Beelzebub, how much more them of his household! 26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. 27 What I tell you in the darkness, speak ye in the light; and what ye hear in the ear, proclaim upon the house-tops.

25 It is enough for students to be like their teachers, and servants like their masters. If the head of the house has been called Beelzebul,(A) how much more the members of his household!
26 “So do not be afraid of them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known.(B) 27 What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight; what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the roofs.
