34 Now when Jesus saw that he answered wisely, He said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.”

The Answered Prayer

Jesus Promises Another Helper

The True Vine
15 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 2 (AS)Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He [i]takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear (AT)more fruit. 3 (AU)You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. 4 (AV)Abide in Me, and I in you. Love and Joy Perfected

The World’s Hatred

Yet (BQ)because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. 20 Remember the word that I said to you, (BR)‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. The Coming Rejection
