⁴⁶And Jesus, ^(A)crying out with a loud voice, said, “Father, ^(B)into Your hands I entrust My spirit.” And having said this, He ^[a]died.

New International Version

⁴⁶Jesus called out with a loud voice,^(A) “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.”^[a]^(B) When he had said this, he breathed his last.^(C)

⁵⁹They went on stoning Stephen as he ^(A)called on the Lord and said, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit!”

⁵⁹While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.”^(A)
