⁴⁶“It is written,” he said to them, “‘My house will be a house of prayer’^[a];^(A) but you have made it ‘a den of robbers.’^[b]”^(B)

⁴⁶Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.

¹¹Has this house,^(A) which bears my Name, become a den of robbers^(B) to you? But I have been watching!^(C) declares the Lord.

¹¹Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it, saith the Lord.
