20 But a poor man named Lazarus (A)was laid at his gate, covered with sores, 21 and desiring to be fed with the crumbs which were falling from the rich man’s table; besides, even the dogs were coming and licking his sores. 22 Now it happened that the poor man died and was carried away by the angels to (B)Abraham’s bosom, and the rich man also died and was buried.

20 At his gate was laid a beggar(A) named Lazarus, covered with sores 21 and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table.(B) Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
22 “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried.
