²⁴ for as the lightning, when it lighteneth out of the one part under the heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall the Son of man be ^[a]in his day.

³⁰ after the same manner shall it be in the day that the Son of man is revealed.

²⁷ For as the lightning cometh forth from the east, and is seen even unto the west; so shall be the ^[a]coming of the Son of man.
