¹⁹ Anyone who injures their neighbor is to be injured in the same manner:

³³ But Samuel said,

And Samuel put Agag to death before the Lord at Gilgal.

¹³ because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful.^(A) Mercy triumphs over judgment.
