Leviticus 24:15-16

¹⁵You shall speak to the Israelites, saying, ‘Whoever curses his God will bear his sin [through his own death]. ¹⁶Further, the one who blasphemes the name of the Lord shall most certainly be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him. The stranger as well as the native-born shall be put to death when he blasphemes the Name [of the Lord].

¹⁵Say to the Israelites: ‘Anyone who curses their God^(A) will be held responsible;^(B) ¹⁶anyone who blasphemes^(C) the name of the Lord is to be put to death.^(D) The entire assembly must stone them. Whether foreigner or native-born, when they blaspheme the Name they are to be put to death.
