^14 (A)I am the good shepherd. ^(B)I know my own and ^(C)my own know me, ^15 (D)just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and ^(E)I lay down my life for the sheep. ¹⁶ And ^(F)I have other sheep that are not of this fold. ^(G)I must bring them also, and ^(H)they will listen to my voice. So there will be ^(I)one flock, ^(J)one shepherd.

²⁶ but ^(A)you do not believe because you are not among my sheep. ^27 (B)My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. ^28 (C)I give them eternal life, and ^(D)they will never perish, and ^(E)no one will snatch them out of my hand. ²⁹ My Father, ^(F)who has given them to me,^{[a] (G)}is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of ^(H)the Father's hand.
