⁴We must ^(A)work the works of him who sent me ^(B)while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work.

New International Version

⁴As long as it is day,^(A) we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.

¹⁰Whoever loves his brother abides in the light, and in him^[a] there is no ^(A)cause for stumbling.

¹⁰Anyone who loves their brother and sister^[a] lives in the light,^(A) and there is nothing in them to make them stumble.^(B)
