John 7:30-32
New Life Version
30 Then they wanted to take Jesus but no one put his hands on Him. His time had not yet come. 31 Many of the people believed in Him. They said, “When Christ comes, will He do more powerful works than this Man?”
32 The proud religious law-keepers heard the people talking about Jesus. The religious leaders of the Jews and the proud religious law-keepers sent soldiers to take Him.

30 At this they tried to seize him, but no one laid a hand on him,(A) because his hour had not yet come.(B) 31 Still, many in the crowd believed in him.(C) They said, “When the Messiah comes, will he perform more signs(D) than this man?”
32 The Pharisees heard the crowd whispering such things about him. Then the chief priests and the Pharisees sent temple guards to arrest him.
