John 21:3-6

3 Simon Peter said to them, “I am going fishing.” They said to him, “We will go with you.” They went out and got into the boat, but (A)that night they caught nothing.
4 Just as day was breaking, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples (B)did not know that it was Jesus. 5 (C)Jesus said to them, “Children, do you have any fish?” They answered him, “No.” 6 (D)He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they cast it, and now they were not able to haul it in, because of the quantity of fish.

3 “I’m going out to fish,” Simon Peter told them, and they said, “We’ll go with you.” So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing.(A)
4 Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus.(B)
5 He called out to them, “Friends, haven’t you any fish?”
“No,” they answered.
6 He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.(C)
