2 Now Judas, who betrayed him, also knew (A)the place, for (B)Jesus often met there with his disciples. 3 (C)So Judas, having procured a band of soldiers and some officers from the chief priests and the Pharisees, went there with lanterns and torches and weapons. 4 Then Jesus, (D)knowing all that would happen to him, came forward and said to them, (E)“Whom do you seek?” 5 They answered him, “Jesus of Nazareth.” Jesus said to them, “I am he.”[a] Judas, who betrayed him, was standing with them.

2 Now Judas, who betrayed him, knew the place, because Jesus had often met there with his disciples.(A) 3 So Judas came to the garden, guiding(B) a detachment of soldiers and some officials from the chief priests and the Pharisees.(C) They were carrying torches, lanterns and weapons.
4 Jesus, knowing all that was going to happen to him,(D) went out and asked them, “Who is it you want?”(E)
5 “Jesus of Nazareth,”(F) they replied.
“I am he,” Jesus said. (And Judas the traitor was standing there with them.)
