John 15:14-16
English Standard Version
14 You are (A)my friends (B)if you do what I command you. 15 (C)No longer do I call you servants,[a] for the servant (D)does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for (E)all that I have heard from my Father (F)I have made known to you. 16 You did not choose me, but (G)I chose you and appointed you that you should go and (H)bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that (I)whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.

15 No longer do I call you avadim, because the eved does not have da’as of what his Adon is doing. But you I have called chaverim, because all things which I heard from HaAv of me, of all these things I gave you da’as. [SHEMOT 33:11]
16 It was not that you chose me, but I chose you, and have given you s’michah that you go and bear p’ri and the p’ri of you remain, that whatever you ask HaAv b’Shem of me (Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach), HaAv may give it to you.
