³⁵By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”^(A)

¹⁰^(A)The one who loves his brother and sister remains in the Light, and there is nothing in him to cause stumbling.

¹⁰Anyone who loves their brother and sister^[a] lives in the light,^(A) and there is nothing in them to make them stumble.^(B)
