^18 (A)No one has seen God at any time; ^(B)God the only Son, who is ^(C)in the ^[a]arms of the Father, ^(D)He has ^[b]explained Him.

¹⁰ Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more diligent to make certain about His ^(A)calling and ^(B)choice of you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never ^(C)stumble; ¹¹ for in this way the entrance into ^(D)the eternal kingdom of our ^(E)Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be ^(F)abundantly ^(G)supplied to you.

¹² Therefore, ^(H)I will always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them and have been established in ^(I)the truth which is present with you.

¹⁵ No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, because ^(A)all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.

³¹ but these have been written ^(A)so that you may believe that Jesus is the ^[a]Christ, ^(B)the Son of God; and that by ^(C)believing you may have life in His name.
