²⁹ Who can understand how he spreads out the clouds,
    how he thunders^(A) from his pavilion?^(B)
30 See how he scatters his lightning^(C) about him,
    bathing the depths of the sea.^(D)
31 This is the way he governs^[a] the nations^(E)
    and provides food^(F) in abundance.^(G)
