Job 1:21-22

New International Version

²¹and said:

“Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
and naked I will depart.^[a]^(A)
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away;^(B)
may the name of the Lord be praised.”^(C)

²²In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.^(D)
