² even as thou gavest him authority over all flesh, that ^[a]to all whom thou hast given him, he should give eternal life.

^36 [a]The word which he sent unto the children of Israel, preaching ^[b]good tidings of peace by Jesus Christ (he is Lord of all)—

²⁷ For, He put all things in subjection under his feet. ^[a]But when he saith, ^[b]All things are put in subjection, it is evident that he is excepted who did subject all things unto him.

²⁰ which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, ²¹ far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this ^[a]world, but also in that which is to come: ²² and he put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things to the church,

⁹ Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name; ¹⁰ that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and ^[a]things under the earth,

¹³ I saw in the night-visions, and, behold, there came with the clouds of heaven one like unto a son of man, and he came even to the ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. ¹⁴ And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations, and languages should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
